Holly has been the president of NCECA since 2017 and also served on the NCECA board as Exhibitions Director from 2005-2007. Holly has exhibited extensively across the United States including China, Taiwan, New Zealand, and England. Holly is a Professor of Art at Florida State University and writes about craft and technology. She is known for her artwork involving social participation activities that explore the intimate act of touch and its significance in the digital age. About her practice Holly states….”My work lies at the intersection of design, craft and contemporary art and diverges between making socially engaged and sensory immersive artworks.”
