Colectivo 170 S 1st St, Milwaukee, WI 53204 Colectivo is the Starbucks of Milwaukee, but waaaay better. This coffee is roasted in Riverwest, one of the most eclectic boroughs in the city. Stonecreek yet another example of excellent locally roasted coffee. The Barclay location is however, the only place in town that brews cup by cup. Their roaster is located in Walker’s Point. -Kayle

With one location, in heart of Bay View, this coffee company prides itself with their ‘wow, that’s a really good cup of coffee’ appeal. All of their coffee is organic and fair trade.
