Attention artists!  NCECA is looking for the next biggest talents in our field.  Could this be you?  Our goal is to provide a boost to early career artists that show exceptional promise in the field.  Applications for the NCECA Emerging Artist Program will be accepted until midnight, October 1st.  Thanks to the generosity of the Windgate Charitable Foundation, NCECA has been able to enhance the strength of this program and provide more comprehensive support for the six artists selected for this award.
